Gallery Tabs

Content - Shows a folder-oriented display of categories.

Notice bread crumb trail navigation just below the tabs.

Click on the Pin button to Auto Hide tab details and only show category contents in the

bottom pane of the Category window.

Favorites - Displays all files added to Favorites.

Advanced Search - Allows searching for specific media types.

Add Media to the Gallery from a Selection

Click on the Gallery button.

Select a folder or create a new category.

Click the Selection tool.

Click to select an item on the current Workspace

page.

Drag the item to the Gallery.

OR Click on the Add Files to Gallery button on the Properties bar.

Select Add Selection to Gallery.

Add Media to the Gallery from a File

Click on the Gallery button.

Select a folder or create a new category.

Select the picture, link, PDF, etc. and drag it to the eInstruction Gallery with the mouse or pen.

OR Click on the Gallery File Menu.

Select Add Files to Gallery.

Navigate to the location of the item and select it.

o Images: BMP, JPEG, GIF, EMF, WMF, TIFF, PNG, ICO

o Sound: WAV, MP2, MP3, MPA, MPEG, SND, WMA

o Video: AVI, WMV, MOV, MPEG

Click Ok.

Remove Media from the Gallery

Click on the item to be deleted and then click on Delete.

Right click on the desired resource to be removed in the lower Gallery window.

Select Delete.

Navigate to the location by going to www.einstruction.com and then clicking on Support and

then clicking on Product Training.

Training videos are available on the Workspace software and the Mobi View.
